No Doctor-Patient Relationship

Submitting an inquiry through the contact form does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and Hew Health or any of its providers. A doctor-patient relationship is established only after you complete intake, sign required documents, and a Hew Health provider accepts you as a patient.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, our servers, or any related infrastructure

Testimonials and Reviews

Patient testimonials and reviews on the Site reflect the individual experiences of those persons and are not necessarily representative of all patients. Results vary. Testimonials are shared with the patient's permission. Google reviews referenced on the Site are publicly available on our Google Business Profile and are quoted in substantially their original form.

Severability
